Past events

The Beehive, Hamilton’s fine craft and urban homesteading collective, held their

first-ever juried craft fair on August 12th and 13th, 2011. 

The two-day market kicked off with the James Street North Art Crawl— a monthly evening event where more

than 30 local galleries, shops, studios and restaurants open their doors to the public for an

after-hours street party that celebrates the arts renewal taking place in downtown Hamilton.  

The Beehive Summer Craft Fair ran Friday evening and all day Saturday and was located at 118 James Street North,

in the old Friendship Shop, one of the many beautifully restored buildings in the historic and

culturally significant James Street North neighbourhood.
